What should I wear?

So the answer to this question depends on which treatment you are having … For Reflexology, something you’ll be comfortable to lay down in, the only thing you’ll be taking off are your socks. Reiki and EFT are treatments that are carried out fully clothed, so just wear something comfortable. You would, however, need to undress for Aromatherapy massage, your modesty is protected at all times.

Can I park Easily?

Yes, there is plenty of unrestricted parking on the road.

How much does a treatment cost?

EFT sessions cost £70, all other treatments cost £40 for an hour. If you would like a shorter or longer treatment I will adjust the price accordingly for you.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

I do.  Your time is valuable and so is mine, so If you’re unable to keep your appointment please let me know at least 48 hours before your visit, or a cancellation fee may be charged.

Can I purchase Gift Vouchers? 

Yes, gift vouchers are available, with a selection of beautiful images for you to choose from … a lovely, thoughtful gift.

How long is a treatment?

All treatments are tailored specifically to your needs, but unless otherwise agreed, allow an hour and a quarter for your treatment, and an hour and a half if it’s your first treatment.

Do I have to fill out a consultation form?

Yes, to be able to create a safe treatment tailored to your individual needs it’s important that I have a good understanding of your whole well being. You can rest assured that all records are kept in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. I will email a consultation form to you for you to fill out at home and bring with you to your treatment. Or, if you don’t have the technology for that to work, we can fill it out together at the beginning of your first treatment.

Hygiene?

On top of the already high industry standards of hygiene that I adhere to and in compliance with my profession association, The Federation of Holistic Therapists, my practice is completely COVID compliant. While we continue to find our way through the pandemic, there may be times during your visit that I’ll ask you to wear a mask. I have come to recognise that what we are comfortable with is different for us all. I am more than happy to discuss any additional measures that would help you to feel as comfortable as possible during your treatment.

Do you make home visits?

As it stands I only visit care homes, but do get in touch if you have specific mobility requirements.
